Michael Ruppel, PT
Mike is a 1999 graduate of Concordia University with a bachelor of science and master’s degree in physical therapy. He has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2000 and a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. Mike enjoys working in the area of sports injuries and training.
Stacey Mullikin, PTA
Stacey is a 2007 graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an associate’s degree in applied science. She has completed additional training in the treatment of various conditions involving the neck, back, shoulder, knee and foot as well as several neurological conditions. In 2009, Stacey began HealthReach’s “Fit4Life”, an exercise class, emphasizing flexibility, strengthening, and balance activities for seniors.

Sarah Konzak, OT
Sarah holds a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy from Concordia University. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2005 and has advanced training in the treatment of Lymphedema and other swelling disorders. Sarah has a particular interest in upper extremity injuries and work-related concerns.
Brent Voskuil, PTA
Brent has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise/Fitness from UW-Oshkosh and he received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1998 from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He is certified in CPR and has a special interest in orthopedics and sports therapy.
Shelli Obbink, OT
Shelli is a 1991 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in occupational therapy. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1997 and has advanced training in the treatment of lymphedema and other swelling related disorders. Shelli has a special interest in arm and hand injuries as well as post-surgical treatment of the upper extremity. She is skilled in fabricating splints for the arm and hand and enjoys helping patients return to work or performing their daily activities without pain or limitation.
