J.T. Mathwig, PT
J.T. is a graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy. As a physical therapist with more than 18 years of experience, he has worked in a variety of therapy arenas – orthopedics, geriatrics and work injury treatment. J.T. employs a global treatment approach with a focus on maximizing function by assuring the smooth coordination of all the systems of the body. Patient self management of their symptoms is his main goal.
Lynette Gerke, PT

Lynette is a 1988 graduate of the UW-Madison Physical Therapy program. She has worked for HealthReach since 1996 and has been train in the treatment of lymphedema (1996) and vestibular rehab (1999). Lynette has treated patients of all ages throughout her career and enjoys adding to her orthopedic skills by learning new exercise and manual therapy techniques.
Kelli Susek M.S., CCC-SLP
Kelli is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a bachelor of science degree in communication science and disorders and a master’s degree in speech and language pathology. She currently is treating pediatrics and adults in all areas of speech and language pathology. These areas include language, phonology, articulation, fluency, voice, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia and dysphagia. Specific professional interests include oral motor and swallowing treatment, as well as speech/language disorders including use of the Pictured Exchange Communication System (PECS). Kelli is certified in DPNS (Deep Pharyngeal Neuromuscular Stimulation) and Electrical Stimulation for facial musculature, as well specialty training in use of PECS.
Ann Butkiewicz, PTA
Ann earned a physical therapy assistant ssociates’ degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She specializes in treatment techniques for pain, from headaches, TMJ, pre and post-surgical pain, joint pain, and neck, arm, and back pain. She has a strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, with expertise in manual therapy techniques, specifically Craniosacral therapy.
Joann Richter, OT
Joann received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from UW-Milwaukee in 1977. She has worked in many different work injury and prevention settings, including private industry, Worker’s Compensation companies and various medical settings. She specializes in ergonomic assessment and intervention with the focus on health cost reduction.
