Leslie Paparsenos, PT, MS
Leslie is a physical therapist specializing in pediatrics in the clinic and home settings. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Seton Hall University and a master of science degree in physical therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is certified in NeuroDevelopmental Treatment (NDT) and is a certified clinical instructor by the APTA. She has received advanced training in aquatic therapy, baby treatment, myofasical release and craniosacral therapy. Leslie is a guest lecturer for Carroll University and assistant teacher for continuing education courses.
Kathy Crowley, MS, CCC-SLP
Kathy Crowley is a graduate of UW-Whitewater and has more than 18 years of experience with pediatric patients. Her areas of expertise include craniosacral therapy, oral motor/feeding and speech/language disorders with autistic and neuro-developmentally delayed children. She is also experienced in the use of augmentative communications systems. Kathy is certified in the use of VitalStim therapy for swallowing disorders.
Mary Thorpe, MS, CCC-SLP
Mary is a graduate of Marquette University with a master’s degree in speech language pathology. She enjoys working with children in the areas of language, articulation and phonology. She has been with HealthReach for more than eight years.
Pam Fenlon, OT
Pam is a graduate of Mount Mary College with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She has been a therapist for more than 20 years and has taken extensive continuing education in the area of baby development.
Annette Kirkish-Mayer, OT
Annette is an occupational therapist specializing in pediatrics in the school, clinic and home environments. She is experience in augmentative communication, sensory integration, neuro-developmental treatment, handwriting, adaptive equipment, and fine motor development. She is a graduate of Mount Mary College and has 34 years of experience.
Mary McElwee, OT
Mary is an occupational therapist specializing in pediatrics in clinic and school-based settings. She received her master and bachelor of science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Post graduate studies include assistive technology and she serves as an assistive technology specialist. Other areas of interest include fine motor development and handwriting. Throughout her career, she has taught as an instructor for the Occupational Therapy Department at UW-Milwaukee.
Jessica Hoppa, MS, CCC-SLP
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor of science degree in communication sciences and disorders and a master’s degree in speech language pathology. She works with children and adults in all areas of speech and language pathology, including language, dysphagia, articulation, phonology, fluency and voice therapy. Her particular interest is in working with children ages birth to three. Jessica is one of the few therapists in Wisconsin certified in the Lee Silvermann Voice Treatment (LSVT) a concentrated therapy for adults who suffer from Parkinson’s disease or other neurological disorders. She is also trained in Vital Stim, an innovative treatment of swallowing disorders.
Mick Collins, PT, DPT
Mick is a physical therapist from Burnley, England, currently specializing in pediatrics. He graduated with bachelor's degrees in biology and in sports management from Cardinal Stritch University and went on to receive a doctor of physical therapy degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. He has experience with a wide range of pediatric patients and has advanced training in joint manipulations, mobilizations and muscle energy techniques based on the Evidence in Motion PT residency curriculum. Mick is a nationally certified coach for North Shore United Soccer Club in Cedarburg.
