Mark Van Hart, PT
Mark has a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Concordia University–Wisconsin. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2004 and has been the site manager at The Lutheran Home since 2009. Mark has established a clinical focus in vestibular rehab, including dizziness and vertigo concerns as well as balance related problems. He is also pursuing certification in Tai Chi and enjoys working with the senior population in this discipline.
Kathy Molling, PT
Kathy received a bachelor of science degree and certificate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She also has a master of science degree with an emphasis in clinical education from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health Related Professions. As a physical therapist for more than 35 years, Kathy has worked in hospital, home care and long term care settings. Her areas of interest include acute orthopedics, arthritic disorders and working with the geriatric population.
Rebecca Schuenemann, PT
Becky is a graduate of Carroll College with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a doctorate in physical therapy from Concordia University. She enjoys customizing her treatment plans to each individual with emphasis on setting progressive, achievable goals. She is also a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Sue Hastings, PTA
Sue is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College’s Physical Therapy Assistant Program. She specializes in geriatric rehab and for more than 20 years has worked in sub-acute inpatient and outpatient treatment. Sue enjoys working with and getting to know her older adult patients. She has participated in the PTA Advisory Committee at MATC for more than 10 years.
Cheryl Rossebo, PTA
Cheryl graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with her degree as a physical therapy assistant. She began her career as a PTA at Sacred Heart Rehab Hospital where she worked with young patients with spinal cord and brain injuries. Most of Cheryl’s career has been working with the geriatric population in skilled care. She was recently trained in Tai Chi Fundamentals for health professionals and hopes to develop classes teaching Tai Chi movements therapeutically.
Cathy Torres, PTA
Cathy is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College with an associate degree as a physical therapy assistant. She has been a member of the HealthReach team for more than eight years. Cathy enjoys working with older adults in skilled nursing facilities and in their homes. She has specialty training in the treatment of lymphedema.
Janice Hansen, OT
Janice holds a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The first 10 years of her career were spent working in the area of mental health. She transitioned to sub-acute rehab in 2000. Janice is also certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 1995 and as a group fitness instructor in 1994. She has taught step aerobics and water fitness classes. Janice’s hobbies include watercolor painting and card making, swimming, bicycling and gardening.
Jackie Kuhn, OT
Jackie is a graduate of Mount Mary College (1986) and holds a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy. She is also a yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. As an experience occupational therapist, Jackie has worked in a variety of settings, including pediatrics, home care, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Her areas of interest include yoga and meditation and she has a study published in the OT Advance titled Yoga for Parkinson’s Individuals. In addition, she has an article in Exceptional Parent on Yoga and Special Needs Children. Jackie also has experience with manual therapy techniques such as myofascial release.
Kay Luck, OT
Kay is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy. She is an original employee of HealthReach, joining the company in January of 1995. Kay has worked in rehab with geriatric patients for more than 25 years in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and home service. Her areas of interest include splinting, stroke rehab, cognition and lymphedema. Kay has been a certified lymphedema therapist since 2002.
Angela Malm, OT
Angela earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Concordia University in 2003. She received training for the treatment of urinary incontinence in 2005 and lymphedema management in 2006.
Kelli Susek, MS, CCC/SLP
Kelli is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a bachelor of science degree in communication science and disorders and a master’s degree in speech and language pathology. She currently is treating pediatrics and adults in all areas of speech and language pathology. These areas include language, phonology, articulation, fluency, voice, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia and dysphagia. Specific professional interests include oral motor and swallowing treatment, as well as speech/language disorders including use of the Pictured Exchange Communication System (PECS). Kelli is certified in DPNS (Deep Pharyngeal Neuromuscular Stimulation) and Electrical Stimulation for facial musculature, as well specialty training in use of PECS.
