LeRoy Mendell Jr., OT
LeRoy is a 1989 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy and a minor in psychology. Much of his practice has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities, with extensive experience working with those who have acquired brain injury. Since 2008, his practice has focused on the older adult population, which he has enjoyed a great deal. He has specialty training in lymphedema/edema management.
Lindsay Wendt, MS CCC-SLP
Lindsay is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a master’s degree in communicative disorders. Since graduating in 2009, Lindsay has worked with both school-aged children and adult populations. She is interested in furthering her knowledge and implementation of prevention and safety techniques with adult patients who are fall risks. Other professional interests include oral motor and swallowing treatment, as well as speech/language and articulation disorders and the effect that has on educational performance of school aged children.
Pamela Vette Burgardt, PT
Pam graduated from Marquette University (1993) with a bachelor of science in physical therapy; she has and continues to practice physical therapy in a variety of rehab settings to include outpatient, home health, geriatric - skilled nursing, pediatric and pediatrics within the school system. Pam had also enjoyed serving the Dodge County birth to 3 program prior to working with HealthReach. Her interests with helping the young and senior population attain their goals is what gives her pride.
