How do I get Help?
Our therapists will implement a treatment plan specific to your needs. In addition, we strongly believe in continuity of care and attempt to keep each patient with their therapist or team of therapists from the start of treatment to finish/goal accomplishment. We promote a holistic treatment approach and actively engage the patient in all aspects of their care. Information regarding our programs and treatment locations can be obtained by calling our main office at (262) 780-0707 or (888) 780-8778. Our specialized programs are medically based and usually require a physician's referral, which we would be happy to help you obtain.
