What treatment is best for you?
Before you are treated, you will be evaluated to determine the proper, individualized course of treatment. This comprehensive assessment will include conventional therapeutic tests and quantitative assessment of balance impairment using the latest technology. Baseline information will be collected as appropriate to monitor progress in a treatment program.
Treatment may include the following:
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Individualized exercises that can include:
- Neck exercises
- Eye exercises(oculomotor)
- Inner ear exercises
- Muscle strengthening
- Balance retraining
- Canalith repositioning procedures (Epley maneuver) for BPPV
- Education in compensation/safety techniques
- Patient education in anatomy and function of the vestibular and balance system

Individual training and support is provided by licensed occupational and physical therapists that specialize in vestibular rehabilitation and treatment of balance-related problems.
